Booking Information
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person must be paid to BRIT TRIPS at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The company must receive the full balance no later than 60 days prior to departure. Where reservations are made less than 45 days prior to departure, full payment of deposit and tour charges will be due immediately.
PAYMENT
BRIT TRIPS accepts cash, checks, Visa or MasterCard.
CANCELLATIONS
BRIT TRIPS reserves the right to cancel the tour where the minimum number of passengers required is not met. In such cases the limit of the company’s liability to the passenger is the return of any monies paid by the passenger. In the event of cancellation, BRIT TRIPS will endeavor to provide a minimum of 8 weeks notice. Where the passenger cancels the tour reservation the effective date of cancellation will be the date on which BRIT TRIPS receives written notification of the passenger’s intention to cancel their tour reservation. In the event of cancellation by the passenger, a cancellation charge calculated on the scale below shall become immediately payable by the passenger.

The company reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refuse to carry any person whose conduct or manner causes or is likely
to cause offence to or upset other passengers. In such cases full cancellation charges will apply and BRIT TRIPS shall have no further
liability to that passenger.
Cancellation insurance is available and is recommended.
